1. Membership and Billing

1.1 Membership and Fees

• Origami Pte Ltd offers a subscription-based service for a monthly fee of $97 USD.
• A one-time introductory trial price of $9 USD is available to new users.
• After the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate of $97 USD every 30 days unless canceled.

1.2 Payment Terms

• By providing payment details, you authorize Origami Pte Ltd to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

1.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected].
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.
• You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and other materials available on the App are the intellectual property of Origami Pte Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origami Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

5. Arbitration Agreement

5.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

• You and Origami Pte Ltd agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters.
